We will only undertake bid management and/or bid writing activities for larger organisations (Tier 1) only if the preceding tender submission was successful. It is our policy to not provide resource support to larger organisations that are failing to achieve successful competitive tender process outcomes as this is a strong indicator of problems that extend beyond a simple resource gap.
