Wakaru

Wakaru means understanding in Japanese. This process arose in response to our founder's deep aversion to any form of silo working mentality having seen how destructive this can be to an organisation when allowed to spread.

For us both inter and cross departmental interaction and the proliferation of unity is of paramount importance - Wakaru was therefore conceived based on current needs and then refined following investigation into the ability of Japanese organisations to maintain world class efficiency and competitiveness by (in no small part) instilling a high degree of harmony across the workforce.

Our Wakaru process can help medium to large size organisations battling discord as a consequence of conflicting goals whether real or perceived. The process digs down and gets to the root cause of problems by engaging the workforce on a purely human level to remove barriers and enable individuals and teams to reach consensus on objectives through constructive dialogue.

For any organisation to be successful, its people need to operate as one team and be bound by common goals and a common determination to achieve the goals set
